At the end of the day, a great website is one that sells. That's the bottom line.

I like fancy graphics and neat little movies that make me show my friends. But unless this stuff is used to support great sales copy and a clear call-to-action, what good is it? The other piece of the puzzle is being able to recognize you target audience and to give them navigation and technology that they are used to.
